I am forever taken with the myriad of nature’s healing powers and modalities. Exploring these has been the most passionate adventure of my life. Everything in nature, when understood in its essence, can be a source of healing and balance. Plants and essences, changing seasons, scents and flavours, colors, the Earth’s vibratory resonance, water, sunlight, air and the very soil we are walking on, which readily absorbs, grounds and transforms all the negativity we are willing to let go of… and then there is sound, the resonance and vibration as the essential part of our composition. While our ears are equipped to perceive but a limited range of the sound waves, everything in visible and invisible existence vibrates and thus sounds, down to every cell of our physical and etheric bodies. We each have our unique song to sing.

When our system is subjected to nefarious outer and inner influences, the harmony of our “song” is disrupted. This often manifests as disrupted heart rhythms, frenzied brain-wave patterns and shallow rapid breathing. Exposing oneself to harmonizing sound frequencies can produce an immediate effect of restoring the natural frequency of the body, mind and energy flow, thus reinstating the health and well-being. Sound acts on multiple levels: auditive, cerebral, cellular and energetic, some people can even have an olfactory experience of the sound, in that they will “smell” the sound. It is no surprise then that the effects of the sound healing and deep-reaching and hard to argue away.

Perhaps one of the most significant benefits of the sound healing is that by inducing the brain into an Alpha-wave state, a state of wakeful relaxation, it cradles us into a quiet and peaceful place of who we truly are, it awakens and activates our natural healing powers, gently and effectively detoxifying the unity of our bodies, minds and emotions. By producing such a deep state of relaxation it effortlessly taps into the vital healing force dormant within us. For truly it is the stress of the hurried modern life oversaturated with information and virtual activities that taxes our nervous system beyond what it can regulate and is at the root of all disease, suppressing our organism’s innate self-regenerating capacities.

Sound is the universal language spoken by all alike, trees and birds, clouds, wind and water, as well as the seemingly deceptively quiet of the dark starry sky, that initiates us into the realm of the underlying Oneness, merging us with the vast field of the unified energy, the living light (Essence) - also called by the mystics, alchemists, scientists and Daoists - the point Zero.
